These terms apply to your use of chatkinkstories.com, operated as Chatkink Stories. Contact chatkink568@gmail.com with site questions. The site currently offers free adult fiction, a password-protected Members library, polls, and comments. It does not offer paid checkout or individual visitor accounts at launch.
Adults only
The site contains sexual themes and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not enter or use the site. By continuing past the 18+ notice, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that viewing this material is lawful where you are.
Reading and member access
Public chapters and member editions may be released or changed on a schedule. Displayed times are South African Standard Time unless stated otherwise. Release dates, links, and availability may change, and we may correct errors or remove material. The Members library uses a shared password. Keep it private and do not try to bypass access controls or disrupt the site.
Stories, images, design, and other material remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may read available material for personal use. Do not copy, repost, sell, or distribute material unless you have permission from its rights holder. Some complete editions open on third-party sites, which have their own terms.
Polls and comments
You may vote once per poll from a browser; a vote is final. Do not manipulate polls or evade limits. If you comment, do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, infringing, spam, or privacy-invasive content. You are responsible for what you submit. You allow Chatkink Stories to display, store, moderate, and remove your comment as needed to operate the site. We may hide or remove comments and restrict access to protect the site and its visitors.
Site operation
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may maintain, change, suspend, or stop features. Nothing on this site is professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, external sites, or misuse of the site. This does not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
